About WT9 Baseball

Before narrowing in solely on baseball, our goal at WT9 is to give each player the tools to become Successful Leaders not only on the diamond, but in All Aspects of their everyday lives. We take pride in understanding that attitude on the field reflects attitude off of the field. We all have unique motivating factors that once discovered, can completely transform us into the best versions of ourselves. Our goal is to provide a variety of audio and visual information that allows everyone to dial in and improve their game.

These development programs were created to help youth baseball players better understand the concepts necessary for success. Not just the " How to," but the "Why." Being able to understand why you were successful at the plate, or in the field, is a critical part of development. All too often we come across players that have picked up different habits and routines along the way, but don't really understand why they are doing it. Being able to mimic a process vs. complete competence is the difference between good and great.
